Winemaking:

Fermentation at controlled, cool temperatures of 16 - 18 degrees, with very short skin maceration in stainless-steel tanks. The vines are cultivated following the cycle of the seasons, striving for maximum sustainability of the environment. We use a light-weight ALBEISA bottle and sugar cane fibre for the cork “Select Green nomacorc“ as well as the label.

Wine profile:

Mesdì rosé is a very pleasurable, easy-drinking, dry wine with a mouth-watering acidity. It delicately displays notes of attractive summer fruits like strawberries, raspberries and red currants. A perfect aperitif, with light finger foods or simply to accompany a warm summer day.
