Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Spumante Blanc de Noir
I Will SurWine
Identity, history, territory and Nebbiolo's resiliance combined. I WillSurWine represents the heart of Piedmont and some Italian pop culture. This Blanc de Noir expresses Nebbiolo's unique taste but in a fresher and lighter expression. Its moderate alcoholic degree (11,50 - 12 % Vol) with zero dosage result in a dry, yet joyful and easy-drinking style. The original appellation from 1970 allowed the production only as Rosé but since the 2025 harvest we can vinify this wine also in white. Casina Bric, who has always believed in Langa's most authentic sparkling wine, had no time to waste, and brings this new wine to the most attentive and curious consumers.
Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Spumante Blanc de Noir
Winobranie:
Hand-harvested into 20kg between end of August and first week of September
Produkcja wina:
We refrigerate the grape bunches for roughly 5-7 days, following which we gently press the partly destemmed grapes. Fermentation in white at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C for around 15-20days. The second fermentation follows the Italian Martinotti method over 8months, following which we allow the wine to mature in bottle before release.
Profil wina :
Fine and persistant perlage resulting in a lively wine of light, pale colour. The nose is delicately perfumed with yellow stone fruits and a hint of tropical notes which is accompanied by almond biscuits. Very fresh and crunchy on the palate with Nebbiolo's typical aromatic structure which comes from fresh and mature grapes. A smooth, persistent sparkling wine with a strong territorial identity.
