The Langhe landscape and clouds form the opera painted by the painter Gianni Del Bue, which make up the labels of Mesdì white, red and also our Barolo Casina Bric.
This opera represents the synthesis of earth and sky which create our unique territory in the Langhe region and essential for the production of top quality grapes.
Nebbiolo, Arneis and Favorita are the autoctonous grapes which add their values to our everyday-drinking range. These wines are pleasant and easy-drinking and one opens a bottle with joy.
In Piedmontese dialiect MESDI’ stands for the meal enjoyed at midday and the name is closely linked to the southerly exposition of our vineyards. Therefore Mesdì is an easy-drinking wine, perfect for lunch-time or “merenda sinoira“ in the late afternoon, which is nowadays better known as apericena.
